Everything here is free

There is nothing to buy today. The calculators, the rate reference, and the guides are all free and complete. This page exists so that when paid tools ship, the people who wanted them find out first — and so that what ships is shaped by people who actually asked.

What is free today, and stays free

What may become paid

Not built yet. The shortlist below comes from what single-use calculators cannot do — the list will change based on what waitlist members actually ask for.

CapabilityWho it is for
Batch SKU costing + CSV export Sellers with dozens of listings who price once per season. Paste a spreadsheet, get fees, margins, and target prices for every row
Saved calculations and history Anyone who re-checks the same products after a rate change — see which of your prices are now under water
Cross-channel fee comparison Sellers deciding between Etsy, Shopify, and Amazon Handmade, with the same product and costs compared side by side
Monthly profit report Sellers who want one number per month across all listings, not one calculation at a time

The single-sale calculators on this list will not move behind a paywall.

When, and how much

No date and no price yet — both depend on what gets built and what the waitlist says matters most. Waitlist members get told first and get a founding price below whatever the public one ends up being.

This waitlist is separate from the rate-alert list. The rate-alert subscription on every calculator page sends one email when Etsy changes a fee — nothing else. Joining here does not change that, and joining there does not sign you up for product news. Same address on both is fine; they are tagged separately.

Tell me when paid tools ship

One email when a paid capability launches or a beta opens. Nothing else.

Double opt-in. Unsubscribe in one click. See the privacy policy — the only data held is your email address.

Or tell me what to build first

If none of the four capabilities above is the one you would pay for, say so: [email protected]. The point of building in the open is building the thing people actually need, not the thing that was easiest to guess.
